Service requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment until OSH Tech LLC confirms availability. Diagnostic fees, repair approval, parts availability, and scheduling details are confirmed directly with the customer.
Estimates and invoices
The current diagnostic visit fee is $69. When the customer approves the quoted repair, that $69 is credited toward the authorized repair. Parts, tax, and any additional work the customer later authorizes are separate. The written estimate or invoice provided for the visit controls over summary wording elsewhere on the site.
Scheduling, parts, and cancellation
Contact us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any special-order part, deposit, restocking, return, or cancellation condition will be disclosed before the customer authorizes that charge. We may reschedule when parts, weather, safety, access, or technician availability prevents service.
Warranty terms
Any warranty applies only when its duration and scope appear on the written estimate, invoice, or other service record. Manufacturer coverage may apply separately. Warranty service may require inspection and does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, external damage, unauthorized work, pests, power or plumbing problems, or conditions expressly excluded in the service record.
Service communications
When you submit a service request, you ask OSH Tech LLC to contact you by phone, text, or email about that request, scheduling, estimates, invoices, and service updates. This does not authorize recurring promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Site content
Service descriptions, articles, and photos are provided for general information about residential appliance repair. They are not a substitute for an in-home diagnostic of your specific appliance.
