Information we collect
We collect the details you share when you request service, including your name, phone number, email address, appliance type, address, and notes about the issue. We also collect appointment, estimate, invoice, appliance, and customer history details that are needed to coordinate repair work.
CRM and operational storage
Customer, appliance, appointment, estimate, invoice, and technician workflow records are stored in OSH Tech LLC’s internal CRM and related operational systems so staff can schedule visits, prepare documents, and support follow-up service. The public site also stores limited browser-side operational data such as your cookie preference selection.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to service requests, schedule appointments, diagnose appliance issues, send written estimates or invoices, plan technician visits, and provide customer support.
Route map providers used by staff
When staff use the internal route map, customer addresses and the staff device IP address may be sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service, Photon by Komoot, and Valhalla so the CRM can geocode addresses, search locations, and build routes. The current geocode cache is limited to 30 days and up to 100 cached entries.
How we share information
We do not sell customer information. We may share limited information with payment, hosting, email, map-routing, or operations providers when needed to run the business and deliver service.
How long we keep it
We keep records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business, support follow-up service, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask about information associated with your service request, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain. We may need to verify the request and may retain records required for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, warranty, or operational purposes.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Our services are intended for adults arranging residential appliance repair and are not directed to children under 13.
